Introduction

Learn how Uraibu helps sellers turn WhatsApp conversations and social links into structured commerce.

Uraibu is a commerce workspace for businesses that sell through WhatsApp, social profiles, direct messages, and local delivery. It gives sellers a public storefront, structured product catalogs, clean order details, payment setup, and role-based onboarding for the people who help the business grow.

Instead of asking customers to type every size, color, delivery note, and payment detail in chat, Uraibu lets a customer browse a link, choose products, and send a clearer order.

Who Uraibu is for

Uraibu supports several roles:

  • Buyers discover storefronts and products through Nova.
  • Sellers create product storefronts and manage orders.
  • Resellers share catalogs and route demand back to sellers.
  • Couriers help stores coordinate pickup and delivery.
  • Creators promote products and campaigns to their audiences.
  • Partners help sellers with setup, training, fulfillment, and growth.

Core workflow

Most stores begin with the same path:

  1. Create an account.
  2. Pick a role on /onboard.
  3. Create a storefront with a category, name, phone, store link, logo, color, and media aspect ratio.
  4. Add products.
  5. Configure delivery and payments.
  6. Share the store link on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or a customer broadcast.
Uraibu is intentionally chat-first. The storefront does not replace WhatsApp for every business; it makes the conversation cleaner before the seller and customer continue.

What makes an order clean

A clean order carries the information a seller normally has to chase manually:

  • customer name and phone
  • selected products and quantities
  • product options such as size, color, flavor, or schedule
  • delivery or pickup preference
  • payment method or payment instructions
  • order notes
  • order status

This is the difference between receiving a vague message like “I want this” and receiving a usable order summary.
